KLPD is no longer accepting bank draft information submitted through its website. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. KLPD will continue to offer online payments via credit card, one-time bank draft by phone, or monthly recurring payments via bank draft.
To participate in the ACH Debit-Direct Monthly Recurring Payment Program, please complete the Application Form and return it to KLPD either through the mail at 4 Factory Pasture Lane, Kennebunk, ME 04043, by dropping it in the secure drop box located at KLPD, or by visiting the District Office.

KLPD is working to replace its billing software and looks forward to offering more electronic payment options in the future.
