We currently accept payment by cash, check, Credit and Debit Cards. For your convenience, we have a drop box located outside the District office at 4 Factory Pasture Lane in Kennebunk.

Having Trouble Paying Your Bill?
If you are having difficulty in paying you utility bill, please call the District Office at (207) 985-3311. We may be able to make payment arrangements with you.
Billing Errors
If you believe there is an error on your bill, contact the District Office immediately to resolve any disagreement. The sooner we know of your concern, the better able we are to track our records toward resolution of the problem. If you fail to receive satisfaction from the District, you have the right to submit the matter to the Consumer Assistance Division of the Maine Public Utilities Commission, Augusta, Maine 04333.
