Paperless Billing

You will need the following items:

1. Your KLPD account number

2. Your Personal Identification number (the five digit number located on the bottom right of the payment coupon portion of your bill)

After you have registered, starting with your next Scheduled Billing, you will be able to view your bills on line. Your will receive a notification that your bill is available. Follow the directions given in that email to view your bill.

This action removes you from receiving Paper Bills. If you would like to receive both a paper bill and an Ebill, please call the Customer Service Team so that both can be activated for you.
