Paper Bill Customers

                                             First time users must register  

(To sign up for paperless billing, you will need the following:)

1.  Your KLPD account number

2.  Your Personal Identification number (the five digit number located on the bottom right of the payment coupon portion of your bill)


After you have created your login ID and Password, If you wish to pay your bill by credit or debit card, log on to the eCommerce website

  1.      Enter your Email Address and Password;
  2.      From the eCommerce Menu, choose Pay Other Items;
  3.      Enter your account number and the amount you would like to pay;
  4.     Once you have reviewed the payment amount, click on Make Payment, Where you will be directed to the final page that will ask for your payment information.

 A 3% plus $0.35 per transaction convenience fee is charged on Credit/Debit card payments.


Other Methods of Payment:

We accept payment by cash, check, ACH Withdrawals, Monthly, automatic bank drafting, and Credit/Debit cards.  

Payments can be made at the District office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  

Payments can be left in our drop box located in front of the building at 4 Factory Pasture Lane 

Payments can also be made over the phone or through your online banking. 

Automatic Bank drafting is also available. 

One-time (non-recurring payments) 

or through our Automatic Monthly ACH Debit-Direct Recurring Program.    

Representatives of KLPD will never ask for your credit/debit card information.
