Paper Bill Customers

 
                                             First time users must register  

(To sign up for paperless billing, you will need the following:)

1.  Your KLPD account number

2.  Your Personal Identification number (the five digit number located on the bottom right of the payment coupon portion of your bill)

 

After you have created your login ID and Password, If you wish to pay your bill by credit or debit card, log on to the eCommerce website: 

  1.      Enter your Email Address and Password;
  2.      From the eCommerce Menu, choose Pay Other Items;
  3.      Enter your account number and the amount you would like to pay;
  4.     Once you have reviewed the payment amount, click on Make Payment, Where you will be directed to the final page that will ask for your payment information.

 A 2.99% convenience fee is charged on Credit/Debit card payments.

 

Other Methods of Payment:

KLPD accepts alternative methods of payment in the form of cash, check, money order, phone and  ACH withdrawals.  

Payments can be made at the District office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday.

Payments can be left in our secure drop box located in front of the building at 4 Factory Pasture Lane and in the secure drop box located within the vestibule at the District Office.

To participate in the ACH Debit-Direct Monthly Recurring Payment Program, please download, complete and return the Application Form and forward via mail to 4 Factory Pasture Lane, Kennebunk, ME 04043 or drop the completed form off at the District Office.   (Emailed forms will not be accepted).

To make a non-recurring, one-time payment via bank draft, please contact us at 207-985-3311 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Representatives of KLPD will never ask for your credit/debit card information.
