It is the intention of The Kennebunk Light & Power District’s Board of Trustees, on behalf of Kennebunk Light & Power District, (“KLPD”), to procure and deliver a proposal for tree trimming services:

 KLPD may reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
